Recent U.S. Padel Club Openings

Padel, a popular racquet sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, has been gaining momentum in the United States. With its growing popularity, new padel clubs are popping up across the country, providing enthusiasts with more opportunities to play and compete. Let's take a look at some of the recent U.S. padel club openings that are making waves in the sport.

Among those that have recently opened, or soon will, include:

🎾 B'More Padel (an elevated four court outdoor facility from CourtPro+ founded by racquet-sports savant/legend Christopher Haley slated to open later this month that will be the first padel club in the greater 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 area).

🎾 PADELHUB (a six court indoor facility -- with 35+ ft. high ceilings -- that I had the privilege of touring a few months back with founder Matías Leighton Mouchabek and is now officially open in the Seaport–Southie area of 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧).

🎾 Ballers 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧 (a soon-to-open seasonal, multi-use athletic facility -- backed by celebrity sports stars like Andre Agassi and Sloane Stephens -- that features three outdoor padel courts in the Southport area of 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧).

🎾 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 & 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐥 & 𝐏𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 (a recently opened multi-racquet-sport facility that features two indoor and two outdoor padel courts from Sportsfield Specialties and is only the second dedicated padel club in 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐭).

🎾 Proximo Padel (a four court indoor facility from Alex Vainberg and team that is supposed to open later this fall just northwest of downtown 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐠𝐨).

🎾 Union Padel Club (a five court indoor facility from Fabian Gosselin P. and team opening very soon in the West Loop of 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐠𝐨).

🎾 40Forty Padel (a soon-to-open, two-court outdoor facility from Daniel Fitzgerald in upstate SC that will feature the first padel courts -- from Padel Galis -- in the 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 metro area).

🎾 Racket Social Club 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐲 (a five court indoor facility with 30+ foot high ceilings 30 minutes due west of downtown 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧).

🎾 Mink Padel (a two court outdoor facility that just opened in Harlem from founders Aidan Cleary and Evan Brown -- who also recently opened Olympus Padel in Colorado -- that seeks to be the most accessible padel club in 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲).

🎾 Padel Pals USA (a seven court indoor facility, that is currently the largest of its kind in the region, in Mesa, AZ -- just southwest of downtown 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐱).

🎾 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐧/𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐛𝐨𝐱 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 (a four court outdoor facility that recently opened in College Park, MD, and along with Padel Up and Padel Social is one of just three padel clubs currently operating in the greater 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐃.𝐂. area).

🎾 The three new rooftop courts (with stunning NYC skyline views) at the Williamsburg (Brooklyn) location of Padel Haus.

🎾 Two new courts (from PADEL-LUX and Favaretti Padel) at Kiawah Island Golf Resort about 45 minutes outside Charleston, SC — which brings the total number of courts in the state up to six and counting.

🎾 12 new outdoor MejorSet Padel Courts at the soon-to-open second location of Padel39 in Austin, TX

Whether you're a seasoned padel player or looking to try something new, the recent U.S. padel club openings provide exciting opportunities to get involved in this growing sport. Check out a club near you and experience the thrill of padel for yourself!
